I understand every effort will be made to contact me prior to such procedures. I understand that while due care will be exercised by the leaders, St Johns Anglican Church Maroubra and its leaders will not incur any personal responsibility whatsoever for any accidents or sickness to his/her person, or any damage to his/her property which may happen in any circumstances. I also understand that the leaders of Kids Club have all undergone the Diocesan Safe Ministry training program.
